- (1.) Pcs representing the applicant/operational creditor present and stated that the matter has been settled between the parties.
(2.) In this regard, he filed a joint settlement memo specifying the terms of settlement and schedule of payment. The joint settlement memo is taken on record.
(3.) In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, the matter is disposed of as closed.;
