(2.) Petitioner has filed this petition u/s. 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Petitioner has mentioned the name of operational creditor as Water Resources Dept. Govt. Of Bihar, Patna, 3rd Secretariat, Sichai Bhawan, Patna 800001. Petitioner is directed to serve the notice of admission on the operational creditor and file affidavit of service.
(3.) Court Officer is directed to issue notice of admission and handover the same to the petitioner for making effective service on the operational creditor.;
