M. M. Kumar, President - (1.) Ld, Counsel for the parties has stated that all issues concerning various disputes have now been settled which are in the process of being formalise.
(2.) According to the Ld. Counsel it may require more than 24 to 25 days to formalise the same.
(3.) The hearing is deffered to 19th January 2017.;
