I am concerned for the Petitoner in the above mentioned matter. The matter is on today's board.
The Petitioner has received a payment of Rs. 2,00,250/- ( Rupees Two Lakhs Two Fifty Only) from the Respondent as full and final settlement of the claim of the Petitioner in the above mentioned matter. The payment was made through RTGS. The RTGS credit payment number is CBIN0280635.
In view of the above, it is prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal allow the Petitioner to withdraw the above mentioned Transferred Company Petition. ;
