Bikki Raveendra Babu, Member - (1.) In the first meeting of COC held on 18.09.2017 it was resolved by the members unanimously to replace IRP Mr. Prem R. Laddha. In the fourth point of the COC held on 18.09.2017 the COC resolved to replace Mr. Prem R. Laddha with Mr. Manoj Gangwal as resolution professional. Written communication of Mr. Manoj Gangwal filed.

This application is filed under section 22(3) (b) r/w 27 (3) of the Code in view of the above said resolution passed by COC this Adjudicating Authority is forwarding the name of Mr. Manoj Gangwal as Resolution Professional in CP(IB) 73/2017 to IBBL Registry is directed to address letter to IBBI accordingly. Application is disposed of accordingly.
