- (1.) Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor and the corporate debtor are present.
(2.) Petitioner has filed this petition u/s. 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (l&B Code) for initiation corporate insolvency against the corporate debtor.
(3.) While hearing it is observed that petitioner has annexed the demand notice, but it appears that the demand notice has been issued by Shri Somdutta Bhattacharyya, Advocate but it is not mentioned whether he holds any position with or in relation to the operational creditor.;
