M. M. Kumar, Member - (1.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner at the outset states that he wish to withdraw the Petit.on with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action after observing all formalities and compliances with the provisions of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. The prayer has not been opposed.
(2.) In view of above, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty in terms of the request is granted.
