The Petitioner Company TRANSFERET RELOCATION SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer to restore the name of the company on the Registrar of Companies as if the said name had not been struck of and to set aside the Public Notice No. 1 vide Form STK-5 dated 28.04.2017 of the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, Karnataka, wherein "TRANSFERET RELOCATION SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED" has been struck off.

The Petitioner Company was originally incorporated on 21st June, 2007 under the name and style of "TRANSFERET RELOCATION SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED" in the State of Karnataka vide CIN No.U74140KA2007PTC043198. The Registered Office of the Petitioner Company is situated at No. 18,2nd Floor, NCPR Industrial Area, Doddanakundi Industrial Area, 2nd Phase, and Bangalore-560048.;
