Ma 573/2017 in TCP No.183/ I&BP/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 On the order passed by NCLAT on 25.10.2017, directing this Bench for closure of the proceedings after clearing the dues of Insolvency Resolution professional, since IRP has formally stated that his dues have been cleared, the CIRP proceedings, basing on the application moved by the Corporate Debtor, are hereby closed.;
