- (1.) This is an application to recall order dated 05.07.2017 passed by this Bench dismissing the C.P. No. (IB) -191(PB) /2017.
(2.) For the reasons mentioned in paragraph 2 & 3 of the application, we recall the order and restore the petition at its original number and the same be listed for hearing on 24.07.2017.;
