- (1.) The Petitioner Company M/s. Ray Interiors And Advertising (India) Private Limited has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka to restore the name of the Company as originally existed in its register and continue its name on the register of Registrar of Companies

The Petitioner Company was originally incorporated on 21st May, 2009 under the name and style of "RAY INTERIORS AND ADVERTISING (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED" in the State of Karnataka vide CIN No.U74900KA2009PTC049903. The Registered Office of the Petitioner Company is situated at 1088, Gurukar street, Upper Daira, MG Road, 1st floor, MG Road, Channapatna, Bangalore KA 571501 IN.;
