Bikki Raveendra Babu, Member - (1.) Original petitioner filed this application seeking permission to take on record the affidavits of Mr. Kishan Ahuja and Mr. Narayandas Thadani filed before this Tribunal on 23.03.2017 and issue summons to Mr. Tulsi Nihlani to appear before this Tribunal for the purpose of cross examination by the applicant petitioner on his affidavit dated 20.10.2015.
