(3.) As per office report the application in the format has been filed but it is still under scrutiny of the Registry as the same was filed on 14/07/2017. Office has also reported that only one set of the application has been filed and that too without annexures. The application is not even completely page marked. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that objections to be raised by the Registry shall be removed within three days. The Registry has not listed the application so far for the said reasons.;
