R.P. Nagrath, Member - (1.) Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner a Demand Draft bearing No. 006180 dated 18.09.2017 for Rs. 1,50,000/- of the HDFC Bank drawn in favour of the petitioner which is accepted.
(2.) The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks and is permitted to withdraw the instant petition, the claim having been settled.
