Lei notice of the petition be issued to ICICI Bank Limited, NBCC Place, Pragati Vihar, Bhishma Pitamah Marg, New Delhi-110003 & Gujarat Fluorochemcials Limited, ABS Towers, 2nd Floor, Old Padra Road, Vadodra-390007 to show cause why the report submitted by the Insolvency Resolution Professional recommending liquidation of the company be not accepted as it is supported by more than 75% of the Members of Committee of Creditors.
