This Bench now receive6 nomination / recommendation of I.R.P. from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, suggesting the name of Mr. Manish Gupta, Flat No. 190,SFS Flats , Haus Khas, New Delhi-110016, Regn. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP- 00027/2016-17/ 1604. Email : manish.gupta @ jhalani.co. in, Mobile Nos. 0811119007 to act as I.R.P. in the Corporate debtor company. Accordingly, he is hereby appointed as I.R.P. in the present matter.

At this stage, learned PCS representing for the Corporate Debtor Company points out such an appeal against the impugned order of this Tribunal has already been preferred by the aggrieved party before the Hon'ble NCLAT, New Delhi, wherein, a notice has been ordered to be issued to the opposite party. The next date of hearing is fixed on 5lh July, 2017. In case, the I.R.P. takes possession of the Management of the Company, then its appeal may be become infructuous.;
