Affidavit of service has been filed showing that the order dated 12.09.2017 has been complied with by publishing notices of the petition in two newspapers, i.e. Business Standard (English Edition) and Business Standard (Hindi Edition) on 09.10.2017. Copies of the publications of both the newspapers have been placed on record. It is clearly mentioned in the notices that the matter is posted for hearing on 25.10.2017. However, despite publication of notices, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent, therefore, proceed ex-parte. List for arguments on 14th November, 2017.;
