R.P. Nagrath, Member - (1.) Authorised Representative of the petitioner submits that a bank draft No.048303 dated 21.10.2017 for Rs. 13,18,050/- (Rupees thirteen lac eighteen thousand fifty only) drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. has been received from the respondent-corporate debtor and the matter having been settled, seeks and is permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
