It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that in compliance with the directions issued by this tribunal dated 28.09.2017, a copy of the application alongwith the annexures has been served on the Corporate Debtor. Mr. Saurav D. Karan Singh, Advocate has put in his appearance on behalf of the Corporate Debtor and seeks sometime to file reply to the petition. For the said purpose ten days' time is granted with a copy in advance to be served on the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Petitioner's to file its rejoinder, if any, within a week thereafter. Post the matter on 27th October 2017.;
