- (1.) Counsels representing both the parties are present. Counsel for respondent filed an affidavit stating that the matter has been settled and handed over Demand Drafts for the accepted amount to the petitioner. The affidavit has been endorsed by the counsel for the petitioner who stated that there is no objection to close the matter. The affidavit is taken on record. The terms of settlement will be taken as being a part of this order. In view of the settlement between the parties, the matter is closed.;
