- (1.) It has been pointed to us that against the order dated 31.03.2017 an appeal has been preferred and the same is posted for hearing on 17.07.2017. Accordingly the hearing is deferred to 25.07.2017.
(2.) However, the persons named in the order dated 07.07.2017 shall remain present on the next date of hearing.;
