Cf No, 1199/ I&BP/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 On perusal of the Bank Statement dated 7.6.2017 issued by Oriental Bank of Commerce, it appears to us that the certificate is not in accordance with the mandate given u/s.9(3) (c) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, whereby the Petitioner is directed to ask for the Certificate from the Bank as prescribed under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. List this matter for hearing on 26.7.2017.;
