The request of Kiran Kunthe is allowed and the consent on Form No. 2 of the substituted IRP Mr. Milind Kasodekar is on record which is reproduced as under :- nI, Milind Kasodekar, an Insolvency Professional registered with ICSI Insolvency Professional Agency having registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00116/2017-18/10285 have been proposed as the interim professional by Mr. Pramod Kapse and others in connection with the proposed corporate insolvency resolution process of Phadnis Properties Limited and Phadnis Infrastructure Limited. " In accordance with Rule 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, I hereby agree to accept appointment as the interim resolution professional if an order admitted the present application is passed.";
