In response of notice Shri Jogendra Singh (41452) , Senior Manager from the Recovery Cell-North has put in appearance on behalf of the Axis Bank and has stated that notice under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act, have been served and the date for filing reply to the notice is expiring on 19.08.2017.
