This present petition has been filed under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter as Act) by "Masterplast India Private Limited" (hereinafter as Petitioner Company) praying for restoring its name in the Register maintained by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (hereinafter as RoC) .
(2.) This petition is filed before NCLT, Mumbai Bench on 15lh September, 2017 under provisions of S. 252 of the Act. And thereafter listed for hearing on 17th October, 2017 and then on 15th November, 2017.
(3.) The Petitioner Company was incorporated as M/s. Atithi Construction Private Limited on 6th November, 2006 as a Private Company in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra having CIN : U25200MH2006PTC165366. Thereafter, the company changed its name to Masterplast India Private Limited upon Fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to Change of Name issued on 3rd February, 2014.;
