Ltd. has merged with another company and the new name of the Petitioner Company is Industrial X-Ray and Allied Radiographers (I) Pvt. Ltd. The Learned Counsel sought time to make a fresh claim on Form 5 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
