- (1.) Today the matter is listed for admission. When the matter is taken up for admission, PCS for Petitioner reported that, in the Registry of ROC, the name of the company is shown as active. Therefore, he wanted to withdraw the petition and filed memo for withdrawal.
(2.) Memo is taken on record. Since company is shown as active, there is no need to proceed further with the matter. Permission is granted to withdraw the petition.
(3.) Therefore, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.;
