- (1.) Ld Counsel for Respondent No. 2 has placed on record a copy of Order passed in CO.A(SB) 25/2016 dated 6th June, 2016 by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, staying the order passed by a Bench of CLB dated 26.05.2016.
(2.) However, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner stated that the order dated 6th June, 2016 was implemented before passing the stay order by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi,
