- (1.) Learned Counsel representing respondent No. 1, 2 and 3 and for others, there is no representation. Earlier the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre on the joint request of both the parties. Learned counsel is requested to verify the status of mediation and assist to the Bench to make fresh reference to Allahabad High Court Mediation Centre, if necessary.
