Rajive Bhalla, J. - (1.) Prayer in this revision is for setting aside the impugned order dated 3.10.2007 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nuh, whereby the evidence of the plaintiffs-petitioners was closed.
(2.) Counsel for the petitioners states that if two effective opportunities are granted to the petitioners, to lead their entire evidence, they would conclude their evidence without any further opportunity. It is submitted that the petitioners could not lead their evidence, as the case was transferred from Palwal to Nuh.
(3.) Counsel for the petitioners further states that the petitioners examined 3 PWs on the first date and thereafter on account of change of counsel, they could not adduce any further evidence.;
