Viney Mittal, J. - (1.) THE wife is petitioner before this Court. She has prayed that a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court at Jalandhar be transferred to Ferozepur inasmuch as, some other litigations are pending between the parties at Ferozepur Court.
(2.) SHRI Ashok Aneja, the learned Counsel appearing for the husband respondent does not dispute the fact that the some other litigation is already pending between the parties at Ferozepur. Keeping in view the aforesaid fact and also keeping in view the convenience of the petitioner wife, I direct that the proceedings in the petition filed by the respondent husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act and pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jalandhar shall stand transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ferozepur.
(3.) THE parties shall appear before the learned District Judge, Ferozepur on March 5, 2007. The learned District Judge, Ferozepur shall allocate the aforesaid proceedings to the Court of competent jurisdiction.;
