Ajay Kumar Mittal, J. - (1.) This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of nine days in filing the appeal.
(2.) For the reasons stated in the application and after hearing learned counsel for the appellants, the delay of nine days in filing the appeal is condoned. CM stands disposed of. CM No.4555-LPA of 2016
