JASWANT SINGH,J. - (1.) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Rajwinder Kaur in case FIR No.72 dated 15.3.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 307,326,323,452,34 and 120 -B IPC,PS A Division, District Amritsar City.
(2.) The complainant Jagjit Singh @ Raju is the real brother of the petitioner -accused.
(3.) As per the allegations at 6.45 pm on 10.3.2016 three unknown young men came on a motor cycle to the shop of the complainant and inflicted injuries with datar/sticks.;
