ANITA CHAUDHRY, J. - (1.) Petitioners Pallavi Goel, Bijender Kumar Goel, Rinku Garg and Naveen Garg were challaned in FIR No. 989 dated 06.12.2013, registered under Sections 406, 498 -A and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.
(2.) These are two petitions in which the petitioners are seeking quashing of the FIR as well as challan filed qua them. Before proceeding further, the relationship between the parties should be noticed first.
(3.) Deepika Goel, the complainant was married to one Mohit Goel on 24.01.2011. Pallavi Goel is the cousin of Mohit Goel, petitioner Bijender Kumar Goel is her father, who happens to be the brother of father of Mohit Goel. Likewise, petitioners Rinku and Naveen Garg are sister and brother - in -law respectively of Mohit.;
