JUDGEMENT
J.S.Khehar, J. -
(1.) Through the instant writ petition, the petitioners claim
regularisation in service. The aforesaid claim is based on the fact, that the
petitioners have rendered uninterrupted service as Beldars from 1992. The
claim of the petitioners for regularisation is based on the policy instructions
issued by the State government. On the same issue, as has been raised in the
instant writ petition, the petitioners claim to have served a legal notice dated
11.11.2005 (Annexure P-3) on the respondents. It is, however, pointed out,
that no decision has been taken thereon till date.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that the petitioners
will be satisfied, if the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to
respondent No.2, requiring him to take a final decision on the legal notice
dated 11.11.2005 (Annexure P-3).
(3.) In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim
raised by the petitioners, we consider it just and appropriate to dispose of
the instant writ petition by directing respondent No.2 i.e. Principal
Chief Conservator, Forest Department, Haryana, to take a final decision on
the legal notice dated 11.11.2005 (Annexure P-3) by passing a well
reasoned speaking order, within three months from the date of receipt of a
certified copy of this order.
Disposed of accordingly.;
