- (1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the injuries attributed to the petitioners are simple in nature. Even otherwise, their co-accused, namely; Smt.Pasho has lodged a cross case, against the complainants. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab for 18.8.2006. To be heard alongwith Crl.Misc.No.37434-M of 2006.
(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :- i)that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required ; ii)that they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; iii)that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.;
