D.K.Jain, CJ. - (1.) IN the light of the decision of the Apex Court in M/s S.B.P. & Co. v. M/s Patel Engineering Ltd. & Anr., 2005(8) SCC 618, the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of INdia, seeking quashing of the order passed by the District Judge, appointing an arbitrator in the application filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, cannot be entertained. Even otherwise all the objections sought to be raised in the present petition can be urged before the Arbitrator. Dismissed.;
