- (1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner says that case of co-accused Kuldeep Singh has been disposed of vide order, Annexure P-2, dated 19.12.2005 in Criminal Misc. No.22514-M of 2005.Accordingly, the case of the petitioner is disposed of in same terms. The petitioner will also be granted bail on appearing before the trial court within two weeks from today.;
