Nos.43474-M, 44230- M, 44233-M, 44236-M, 44239-M, 44242-M of 2001 and 29471-M of 2002. n affidavit has been duly filed in pursuance of order dated 7.12.2005 stating that cancellation report was being submitted in all the seven connected cases. n view of above, these petitions have become infructuous at this stage and are disposed of accordingly.;
