(2.) IN this writ petition, it is grievance of the petitioner that despite representations made, respondent No.2 has failed to frame regular time table, to operate the buses. During arguments, it transpires that for the said purpose, meeting was fixed thrice, however, the authorities have failed to frame any timetable, as per law. It is also apparent from the records that representations/ objections filed by the petitioner Annexure P/5 and Annexure P/7 are still pending. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take note of the representations filed by the petitioner and decide the same, as per law. An opportunity of hearing be also given to the petitioner before passing any order. It is expected that respondent No.2 shall approve the regular timetable, as per provisions of law. Needful be done within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.;
