JUDGEMENT

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance on two Division Bench judgments of this Court rendered in Civil Writ Petition No.66 of 2006, titled as Vinod Kumari and Others v. State of Haryana and others, decided on April 4, 2006 (P-3) and Civil Writ Petition No. 8813 of 2006, tilted as H.C. Rameshwar Nand v. State of Haryana and Others, decided on May 31, 2006. However, he has approached this Court without making any representation in view of the law laid down by this Court. Notice of motion. Mr. Harish Rathee, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The parties have agreed that the matter can be disposed of at the motion stage as the issue appears to be covered by the aforementioned decisions.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to reconsider the orders dated March 17, 2006 and August 11, 2005, (annexures P1 and P2) in the light of the two Division Bench judgments of this Court. The needful shall be done within a period of four weeks from today. Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.;
