- (1.) This judgment shall dispose of two appeals being FAO No. 1322 of 2003 and FAO No. 1323 of 2003.
(2.) Both the aforesaid appeals have been filed by the same appellants against the same respondent Ravi Raj Dudeja.
(3.) The trial Judge had also decided the two petitions filed by the present appellants and that filed by the present respondent by clubbing them together.;
