THE petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to the Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani to declare the re-evaluation result in English paper of Senior Secondary Examination. From the perusal of the record, we find that the petitioner has already filed an application (Annexure P.4) dated June 1, 2006 seeking re-evaluation. Consequently, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Secretary, Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani, respondent No.2 to declare the result of re-evaluation within a period of two weeks from the date re-evaluated mark-sheets are received from the concerned examiner.
