- (1.) This insurer's appeal is directed against the judgment dated November 30 th , 2009 passed by Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 (for short "the Act"), Panipat Circle-I.
(2.) Rajinder Kumar driver of truck No. HR-38-9337 died in the accident on February 4 th , 2008.
(3.) His widow and minor children filed claim application before the Commissioner, Panipat under Section 22 of the Act.;
