- (1.) The National Insurance Company Limited has preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the quantum of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
(2.) Krishan Singh @ Kishan Singh died in the motor accident that took place on 24.7.2010 at about 5.45 AM.
(3.) Claimants have contended that deceased Krishan Singh @ Kishan Singh was 54 years old at the time when the accident took place. It was claimed that the deceased was earning a sum of Rs.50,000/- per month.;
