- (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, who are present in court, submits that the police authorities have verified the age of petitioner no.1 and as per the reply filed by the State, her date of birth is 3.11.1993, as per Annexure R-5/1.
(2.) Learned counsel for the State also shown the birth certificate entry, which tallies with this date of birth in the passport i.e. 3.11.1993.
(3.) However, there is another document filed with the reply on behalf of respondents no.1 to 4, which is issued by the Punjab School Education Board (Annexure R-2/T) and the date of birth of petitioner no.1 recorded therein is 3.12.1994. So far as the date of birth of petitioner no.2 is concerned, it is contended that his date of birth is 20.7.1986.;
