JUDGEMENT

RAM CHAND GUPTA,J. - (1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.91 dated 29.02.2012, under Section 406 IPC, registered at police station Central Faridabad.
(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioners. This Court while issuing notice of motion on 19.03.2012 passed the following order:- "Crl.M.No.16445 of 2012 Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Crl.M.No.M-7824 of 2012 Contends that dispute between petitioner no.1 and her husband, i.e, complainant, is matrimonial in nature and that her husband had already filed divorce petition against petitioner No.1, which is pending. Further contends that divorce petition has also been filed by wife of petitioner no.4 against him, who is related as real brother of petitioner no.1. It is further contended that there are illicit relations between wife of petitioner No.4 and husband of petitioner no.1 and that both of them had also gone abroad together and that the present FIR has been lodged by husband of petitioner no.1 just to pressurize her to give divorce. Notice of motion for 17.4.2012. However, in the meantime, petitioners are directed to join the investigation and in case they are arrested, they shall be released on interim bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction subject to compliance of conditions specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. At this stage, Mr.Rajesh Lamba, Advocate, who is present in Court, puts in appearance on behalf of the complainant."
(3.) IT has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that they have already joined the investigation pursuant to said order dated 19.03.2012.;
