JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide this judgment, the above mentioned two criminal appeals and two criminal revisions would be disposed of as these have arisen out of the common judgment.
(2.) Prosecution story, in brief, is that complainant Naresh was working as a servant with Deep Chand Suhag. Anil son of Deep Chand was married to Reeta alias Babli, daughter of Bimla wife of Lala Ram. Anil was confined in jail in a case registered against him qua murder of his wife. On 05.11.2004, at about 3.30 P.M., Bimla along with two other persons came to meet Deep Chand Suhag and his wife Neelam. The complainant prepared tea for them and served the same to the guests as well as the hosts. Thereafter, the complainant came out of the room.
After sometime, complainant heard noise of firing. Bimla and her two companions came out of the room and fled away. The complainant tried to chase them but they all sat in the Indica car and sped away towards Sheela Bye-pass. The complainant further stated in his statement before the police that he could identify all the persons if they were produced before him. One of the persons, accompanied Bimla, was aged about 35/40 years whereas the other person was aged about 22/23 years. When the complainant went in the room, he saw that Neelam was lying dead on the floor whereas Deep Chand Suhag was lying dead on a chair. Both of them had suffered fire-arm shots on their faces.
(3.) On the basis of the statement of the complainant, formal FIR No. 584 dated 05.11.2004 was registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak under Section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short) and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.;
