- (1.) Vide this judgment above mentioned four appeals would be disposed of as these have arisen out of the same incident/judgment.
(2.) On 19.4.2005, Jagdish Singh complainant made a statement before Head Constable Rajender Singh that on the said day at about 9.00 A.M., he had taken his cattle to Sikandarpur minor near village Kamalgarh. When he reached there, he saw a dead body in the water with its face downwards. In the meantime, Bhuraj also reached there.
(3.) On the basis of the statement of the complainant, DDR No. 8 dated 19.4.2005 was recorded at 10.30 A.M. at Police Post City Jhajjar.;
