- (1.) Challenge in the present petition is to the communication dated 12.03.2004 (Annexure P-4), whereby the petitioner was conveyed that the booth allotted to her stands cancelled on account of non-deposit of 15% of the amount within 30 days.
(2.) The petitioner was the highest bidder of booth No.196 in Tau Devi Lal Sub Centre, Yamuna Nagar, when she gave a bid of Rs.4,65,000/-.
(3.) The petitioner deposited 10% of the total amount on 30.07.2003, as earnest money. As a highest bidder, the letter of allotment was issued to the petitioner on 20.10.2003 and sent to House No.293, Sarojani Colony, Yamuna Nagar i.e. the address given by the petitioner at the time of auction.;
